Entries open May 6/08, and close May 13, or when limit is reached. ENTRIES ARE FULL....
Saturday: Judge: Lynne Beilhartz, Worthington, Ont.
Sunday: Judge: Ann Knight, Minden, Ont.
Entry fee: $20.
A listing fee of $8.50 must accompany the entry of any dog not individually registered with, or having an ERN number from, the CKC. Entry fees payable to EPS Training Assoc., All entry forms must be signed, and mailed with full payment, to: Ivan Paul, RR 4, Powassan, Ont., P0H 1Z0. Confirmation of receipt of entry will be done by email where possible.
Tests will be outdoors, at Wimberway Kennels, 808 Memorial Park Dr., Powassan, Ont. Trial area is fenced, and on grass.
Bump ups will be permitted between the Saturday and Sunday trials, but not for trials on the same day.
Ribbons will be awarded to all passing dogs.
CKC Tracking tests, TD and TDX on the Saturday, and UTD and UTDX on the Sunday, will be held at Wimberway Farms after morning, so the Rally trials will not start before 2.00pm.
Accomodations:
Overnight parking and camping available at the HQ - no hook ups.
Full service camping, and cabins, at Booth Landing Lodge, approx 10 km, east of HQ.
Camping also available at Munro Park, 10 km west of Powassan, and Restoule Provincial Park, 45 km west of Powassan.
Motels: Beaver Lodge Motel, Hwy # 11 (northbound lanes), just south of Powassan. 705-724-1724; TJ's Motel, Trout Creek, 705-723-5000; and Princess Motel, Trout Creek, 705-723-5230, both about 10 minutes south of Powassan, and both may charge extra for dogs in the rooms.
